    A home for your book that remembers it

    From the first outline to the author website, every step of making a book happens in one place, and each one knows what came before it. Here is the path, in the order you walk it.

    1. 1. Outline

      Give the book a shape

      Acts and chapters sit in the sidebar, and you drag them into order. If you want a head start, Guide me drafts a chapter skeleton with coaching notes for your genre. Characters, places, world rules and a timeline live in the Story Hub, next to the manuscript they belong to.

    2. 2. Write

      Write, without the noise

      Focus mode hides the toolbars until you reach for them, and a layout preset can hide Robin's panel completely. A session goal ring shows how far today has gone. When you stop, you can leave yourself a note, and the next time you open the book it greets you with that note.

    3. 3. Sprint

      Show up with other writers

      The November Room is a scheduled write-in: 25-minute sprints at 12:00 and 20:00 New York time, with other authors writing at the same moment. You bring your own book, and your words count toward it.

    4. 4. Proofread

      Proof it when you are ready

      Proofing runs when you ask it to, and changes only what you keep. Each finding is marked Critical, Suggestion or Nit, and you apply or dismiss each one.

    5. 5. Beta read

      Hand it to first readers

      Share a private reading link that you can set to read, comment or suggest wording, give an expiry date, and revoke. Readers do not need an account to read. Their notes come back to you grouped by chapter. Reader Pulse gives you a preview before anyone reads, but it does not replace them.

    6. 6. Export

      Take the book out

      Export the whole book as PDF, Word, EPUB, MOBI, AZW3, plain text or Markdown, on every plan. The file is yours, and the book leaves with you.

      Give the book a home online

      When the book is out, build an author website around it: your books, your bio, and a place for readers to find the next one.
